Here I am again with another healthy cookie recipe! This one, is even better than the last, because these healthy banana oatmeal cookies are grain free, sugar free, dairy free, vegan, egg free. That’s a lot of stuff that’s missing from your typical cookie recipe. So, what’s in them? Just 2 ingredients. Although, I have to admit, I usually throw in a handful of raisins and/or nuts and make them 3 or 4 ingredients! Feel free to get creative. Add in some mini chocolate chips or cocoa nibs if you want to satisfy your sweet tooth!
P.S. Freeze these for a quick grab and go snack!

Healthy Banana Oatmeal Cookies
Just 2 ingredients.....or 3 or 4 if you want to do some optional add-ins!
Ingredients
- 1 banana ripe
- 1 cup rolled oats
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350F

Mash banana and then stir in rolled oats.

Drop rounded spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet and flatten with fingers. Bake for 15 minutes until set.

Feel free to try some addins like raisins, shredded coconut, chopped nuts, cocao nibs, etc.
