I wanted to share my family’s favorite Easter snack: An Easter egg fruit platter. It’s so simple, but creates a stunning visual. We munch on this all afternoon while we hunt eggs and wait for dinner to be ready. It looks a little different every year depending on what fruits I have in the refrigerator.
I like to make an egg shaped border with grapes. I cut them in half to keep them from rolling away. Then, I layer the colors in fun patterns that resemble a decorated Easter egg. This particular Easter fruit platter, from bottom to top, has mango slices, grapes, strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, strawberries, and clementines.
