You know what’s great about smoothie bowls? You can customize the toppings and make them different everytime. And, so you never get bored or stuck in a breakfast rut. Mint chocolate chip just happens to be my favorite flavor combination, so this smoothie bowl is one of my favorites. I hope you love it too!
Mint Chip Smoothie Bowl
A refreshing smoothie bowl to start your day or tide you over until dinner.
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 1 1/2 bananas frozen
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 cup swiss chard (or spinach)
- 5 mint leaves
- Dash almond extract
- 1 Tbsp cocoa nibs
Blend all ingredients except cocoa nibs until smooth. Stir in cocoa nibs. Top with more cocoa nibs, hemp hearts, and almond butter if desired.
