Carrot Cake Smoothie Bowl
Now you can have your cake and eat it for breakfast too. And, bonus, it's healthy!
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 1 banana frozen
- 1 cup roughly chopped carrots
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1/3 cup pineapple frozen
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp maca powder optional
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Serve with toppings of your choice. I used plain yogurt, unsweetened coconut flakes, almond slivers, and chopped dates.
Steam the carrots ahead of time for a smoother texture.
