fruit yogurt popsicles

Fresh Fruit & Yogurt Popsicles

No refined sugar.  100% delicious.

Prep Time 7 minutes
Servings 6 people


  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 2 cups bite sized fruit of choice fresh or frozen
  • 2 Tbsp honey or maple syrup


  1. Combine yogurt and honey/maple syrup in medium sized bowl.  

  2. Stir in fruit of choice

  3. Fill popsicle molds with mixture and freeze for at least 2 hours before enjoying.  

Recipe Notes

For a different texture, try blending all ingredients until smooth before filling popsicle molds.
