Healthy Banana Oatmeal Cookies

Just 2 ingredients.....or 3 or 4 if you want to do some optional add-ins!

  • 1 banana ripe
  • 1 cup rolled oats


  1. Preheat oven to 350F

  2. Mash banana and then stir in rolled oats.  

  3. Drop rounded spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet and flatten with fingers.  Bake for 15 minutes until set.

Recipe Notes

Feel free to try some addins like raisins, shredded coconut, chopped nuts, cocao nibs, etc.
